Wynn Al Marjan Island — the USD 5.1 billion integrated resort rising in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — has unveiled the first two of its 22 planned restaurants and lounges. Set to open with the resort in Spring 2027, guests can look forward to a refined steakhouse by world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse and the arrival of Delilah, the celebrated supper club from Wynn Las Vegas, marking its second outpost.

Designing Dining With Imagination

Each dining venue at Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is being meticulously crafted to reflect the elegance and unexpected detail synonymous with Wynn Design and Development, under the creative direction of President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.

“Every element of Wynn Al Marjan Island has been designed to surprise and surpass guest expectations — creating a resort experience like no other,” said Lenahan. “That philosophy extends to the restaurant spaces we’re crafting for our esteemed culinary partners. Whether it’s pure opulence, quiet refinement, or a touch of playful whimsy, our goal is to captivate the guest visually while they savour an unforgettable meal.”

Theatrical Dining Meets Classic Steakhouse

A new and exclusive French-American steakhouse, helmed by legendary chef Alain Ducasse, is set to span two floors and cover approximately 1,820 sq m. Designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan, the dramatic interior has been envisioned as the perfect setting for Ducasse’s signature fusion of inventive cuisine and timeless steakhouse tradition.

Guests can expect an indulgent array of starters, including Duck Foie Gras Brioche and Cheese Soufflé, while the “Beef Club” section of the menu will showcase some of the world’s finest steaks, complete with a choice of sauces and side dishes. Many dishes will be brought to life with theatrical flair—steaks carved tableside and desserts like Baked Alaska flambéed in front of guests—reflecting the sense of playfulness woven into this elevated dining experience.

“I’m very proud and honored to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is for sure one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region,” Ducasse said. “The culinary experience we’ll create will radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by boldly reinterpreting the American classics with a contemporary French flair.”

Situated on the first floor of Wynn Al Marjan Island and covering approximately 2,060 square metres, Delilah will combine imaginative dining with the glamour of the world’s most iconic supper clubs of the 1950s—ranging from El Morocco in New York to Maxim’s in Paris and Les Caves Du Roy in Beirut. Designed by Wynn Design and Development, guests will enter a stylish venue perfect for cocktails, dinner, and entertainment. The setting offers drinks beside a cosy fireplace and dining arrangements suitable for an intimate party of two or a lively celebration of ten, all set against the backdrop of nightly live music and exclusive performances.

Within this warm and captivating atmosphere, Delilah’s eclectic menu will feature signature dishes such as Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders—both of which have helped make the Las Vegas venue one of the Strip’s most popular hotspots—alongside new creations showcasing the finest local ingredients. A thoughtfully curated cocktail and wine list has also been developed to provide ideal pairings with Delilah’s menu, as well as elegant specialty cocktails infused with a touch of movie-star glamour.

Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island marks the latest collaboration between Wynn Resorts and The h.wood Group, the Los Angeles-based hospitality and lifestyle company. “Wynn has been an invaluable partner to The h.wood Group, and we’re thrilled to introduce Delilah to the Middle East for the very first time,” said Brian Toll and John Terzian, Co-Founders of The h.wood Group. “Delilah is a truly special concept that offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience and an unmatched standard of luxury dining—one we are confident Wynn will help us bring to life once again as it expands to Al Marjan Island.”
