Drinking Blues
Many drinks on the bar menu carry the necessary smoky and earthen flavours that match the ambience. For instance, the signature special at Anglow, very literally, is a smoke show. Anglow Spice is a Scotch-based drink with a home-blend spice mix topped with mint leaves, burnt cinnamon, orange zest and blueberry. The burning cinnamon, like a candle on a cake, pushes the taste of cinnamon to the olfactory realm. However, if you&rsquore not too fond of extra ice, you can always request the bartender to spruce up your drink accordingly. If you&rsquore in the mood for something earthier, try their bourbon-based drink, King&rsquos Derby. King&rsquos Derby comes with a red plum flavour, topped with almond, dark chocolate and angostura bitter on ice.

All About Mains

While you can always have a platter of Andhra Prawns or Kebabs as finger food, leave some room for mains. In continental, try their Funghi Bianco Neopolitan pizza. This pizza is best for those who love mushrooms&mdashserved with button, oyster, portobello and enoki mushrooms, along with buffalo mozzarella and truffle oil drizzle.
However, if North Indian is your go-to, you can try their assorted mushrooms cooked in vegetable stock, spices, coconut milk and tamarind, served with jasmine-coconut rice. This delicious dish is great for cooling your palette, which might otherwise be exhausted from the fiery finger food.
Dessert Pop
When you order the Banoffee Pie Pudding (butter biscuit crumble, banana, cream and sticky caramel), easily a favourite, it&rsquoll come in a nostalgic sundae-like dressing that might easily send you to your childhood days. To top it off, the caramel filling inside the pudding may remind you of Ellora&rsquos famous buttery Stick Jaws. But if you&rsquore in the mood for something chocolaty, try their sea salt caramel and chocolate tart that comes with gooey goodness balanced with sea salt.
