Delhi-NCR woke up to a distinctly wintry morning on Friday, October 30, as overnight rain brought a sharp drop in temperatures across the national capital and neighbouring cities. From rain-soaked streets in Delhi to cooler conditions in Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Faridabad, the change in weather offered an early taste of the season usually associated with winter getaways to Shimla and Manali. The showers also brought some welcome relief from pollution, with Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) falling into the Moderate category in the early hours of the morning.
