Laugh Out Loud In A Park

Bengaluru is blessed with natural beauty, and Cubbon Park is a prime example. Spanning over 300 acres, it provides a lush backdrop to key administrative buildings such as the Vidhana Soudha and Karnataka High Court. Initially known as Meade Park after the Commissioner of Mysuru in 1870, it was later renamed Cubbon Park after Sir Mark Cubbon, the longest-serving commissioner. The park is home to a wide variety of indigenous and exotic botanical species. This weekend, you can visit the park and enjoy a stand-up comedy open mic session organised by the Bengaluru-based Earthlings Comedy Theatre. Located on the steps opposite the High Court of Karnataka, the open mic event is held every weekend, offering a platform for beginners to gain exposure and encouragement. Don't miss the opportunity to witness budding stand-up comedians from Bengaluru as they test out their new and old material. It's a great way to spend your Sunday morning - with laughter, fresh air, and beautiful greenery. More details here.
