In a significant development, ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has announced the signing of a new Welcomhotel in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, in partnership with KD Greens, Mathura.

Spanning three acres in the heart of Braj Bhoomi, the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Vrindavan is set to feature 120 well-appointed guest rooms, a spacious banquet hall, all-day dining, a specialty restaurant, a swimming pool, spa, and a kids club—creating a blend of tradition and luxury.

Located just 90 km from the Noida International Airport and along the Delhi-Agra Highway (NH-19), the hotel will be easily accessible from Delhi NCR, Agra, Mathura, and Lucknow. This connectivity will be crucial for domestic and international tourists looking for upscale accommodation while exploring Vrindavan and Mathura's spiritual and cultural richness.

The project is especially timely, given Vrindavan's growing popularity among both pilgrims and experience-seeking travellers who want more than a quick temple visit. Welcomhotel aims to meet that demand with a thoughtful balance of luxury and regional ethos.

ITC Hotels' Expanding Footprint In Uttar Pradesh

This new signing brings the total number of ITC-operated hotels in Uttar Pradesh to six, offering 479 keys under various brands, with more properties currently in the pipeline. These include hotels in cities such as Lucknow, Varanasi, Agra, and now, Vrindavan—each chosen for its unique tourism potential.

As India sees a growing number of tourists seeking spiritual solace and elevated travel experiences, brands like ITC Hotels are responding with thoughtfully located and amenity-rich properties. With the upcoming Welcomhotel in Vrindavan, ITCHL not only taps into one of the country's most spiritually vibrant cities but also strengthens its commitment to Uttar Pradesh—a state eyeing to become a hospitality and tourism powerhouse.
