Located just 65 km from Jodhpur, Osian is one of Rajasthan's oldest settlements, existing long before the Blue City came into being. Camel safaris are the most popular way to explore the dunes. The best time to visit Osian is between October and March, when the weather is pleasant enough to comfortably explore the temples and spend time in the desert.
