Accor Launches ALL Concierge To Personalise Hotel Experiences With AI

For years, the hotel concierge has been the person guests turn to for everything from finding the right room to arranging a last-minute dinner reservation. Accor is now bringing that familiar role into the digital space with ALL Concierge, a conversational AI companion designed to assist travellers through almost every stage of a hotel journey.

Accor announced the full-scale launch of ALL Concierge on September 24, following a pilot that began in July 2025. The hospitality group says it is the first time a major hotel company has moved beyond testing and deployed a fully conversational AI companion at scale. The service is designed to stay with travellers from the moment they begin looking for a holiday, helping them discover, and compare hotels, through booking and post-stay support.

From Search To Stay

Rather than functioning as a conventional customer-service chatbot, ALL Concierge is built around an ongoing conversation. Travellers can describe the kind of holiday they have in mind, including their preferred travel style, mood or experience, and receive hotel suggestions accordingly. They can then ask for more information about individual properties, including details such as breakfast timings, restaurant menus, and spa facilities, before moving to Accor's booking platform.

The service also extends beyond the point of booking. Guests can use it to ask questions about existing reservations, access real-time support, and manage aspects of their stay. Returning ALL Accor members can be recognised by the system, allowing responses to draw on information such as their loyalty profile, previous stays, and preferences.

Speed is another part of the proposition. Accor says ALL Concierge can respond in under a few seconds and handle most requests independently. When a query requires human intervention, the conversation can be transferred to a support team member, allowing the digital interaction to continue without starting over.

Available Across Platforms

The rollout is also designed to meet travellers where they already spend time online. ALL Concierge is available through the ALL.com website and the ALL Accor app, as well as WhatsApp, and iMessage. It currently supports 11 languages on ALL.com, with Accor planning to expand language availability further by the end of 2026.

The technology has been shaped by more than one million guest conversations recorded during the pilot phase. According to Accor, the testing showed that travellers were using conversational AI for more than customer service. They turned to it for travel inspiration, destination and hotel discovery, comparisons, and support throughout their journey.

The current version is therefore positioned less as a standalone booking tool and more as a continuous digital layer across the guest experience. On the ALL Accor app, the service is currently available in four languages across five points of sale, with deployment across all points of sale planned by the end of the year.

AI For Hotel Teams

Accor's AI push does not stop with guests. Alongside ALL Concierge, the group has introduced The Butler, an AI-powered companion designed for hotel employees.

The Butler is intended to give hotel teams quick access to information, guidance, recommendations and operational support during their working day. It can also connect employees with the appropriate human experts when a situation requires further assistance. The aim is to reduce the time teams spend navigating routine information and leave them with more time for direct guest interactions.

The guest-facing ALL Concierge is also set to gain more capabilities. Planned developments include AI-assisted hotel comparisons using maps and synthesised guest reviews, destination comparisons based on specific criteria, and personalised recommendations for earning and using ALL Accor points.

The service is also expected to recommend local events and activities through partners such as Fever, with ALL members eventually able to use reward points to book selected experiences. Future updates will allow guests to modify or cancel reservations through the conversational interface, retrieve hotel invoices, and track loyalty points after a stay.

Accor is also working towards taking the experience beyond text. A voice-enabled version is planned to connect ALL Concierge with Accor contact centres and hotel phone lines, allowing travellers to receive verbal assistance through the same conversational system.

Together, ALL Concierge and The Butler mark Accor's attempt to use AI across both sides of hospitality: helping travellers navigate their stays while giving hotel teams another digital tool for everyday operations. The broader rollout also signals a shift in how hotel groups are positioning conversational AI, moving it from a customer-service feature towards an always-available travel companion.
