EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group, has unveiled plans to develop four new hotels in India under management agreements. Announced at the company’s 75th Annual General Meeting in New Delhi, the move underscores a strategic push to broaden the reach of the Oberoi and Trident brands across prominent urban hubs and leisure destinations. The initiative aligns with EIH’s long-term vision to strengthen its presence in both domestic and global hospitality markets.

The Upcoming Properties

The new properties will be strategically positioned across Goa, Bengaluru, Gujarat, and Hyderabad, further strengthening the footprint of the Oberoi and Trident brands in both well-established and emerging destinations. Among them are The Oberoi, Gir – an exclusive 20-key luxury wildlife retreat set within a 40-acre mango orchard near Gir National Park; The Oberoi, Hyderabad – a 220-key luxury hotel situated in Knowledge City; Trident, Nandi Hills – a 150-key property nestled in the scenic hills north of Bengaluru; and Trident, Fort Aguada – a 170-key hotel located near the iconic 17th-century fort in Goa.

EIH’s Strategic Growth Pipeline

EIH Limited is advancing a strong development pipeline with 25 projects set for completion by 2030. This includes 22 hotels and three luxury cruise vessels, all to be managed under direct ownership, joint ventures, or management contracts. Of these, eight hotels will be either owned or co-invested in and operated by EIH Limited, while the remaining 17—including two Dahabeyas and a Nile cruiser—will be managed under contracts by The Oberoi Group.

Commenting on the group’s expansion, Arjun Oberoi, Executive Chairman of The Oberoi Group, emphasised that this growth is guided by a focused strategy—targeting high-potential markets, curating exceptional guest experiences, and remaining true to the group’s ethos of excellence, integrity, and care.

Vikram Oberoi, Chief Executive Officer, added that the group’s development approach is shaped by in-depth consumer insight, sound market intelligence, and a clear long-term vision. As The Oberoi Group expands its global footprint and opens landmark properties, he credited its continued success to the loyalty of its guests, the passion of its team, and a legacy built on redefining luxury hospitality.
