Get a VR Experience of your Next Travel Destination at the Airport

Choose your next holiday destination and have a virtual tour through QuaQuas dome

If you find yourself at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi at Terminal 3, you cannot miss the giant green dome-like installation. That one is to make sure that you don&rsquot get bored while waiting for your flight. You can hop into this planetarium-like dome to travel to your next chosen holiday destination, virtually.

The virtual dome is the latest VR project of QuaQua, a Hyderabad based end-to-end virtual travel platform which focuses on providing people with 360-degree experiences so they are clearer on their choice of a holiday destination.

You don&rsquot need a headset for this. That means there's no danger of virus transmission through a used headset.&nbspThey have to operate it keeping in mind all airport rules and adopting all safety measures. Sanitation, mask-wearing and physical distancing rules have to be strictly followed. The dome is sanitised hourly. It can hold up to 16 people, but physical distancing measures allows a maximum of four people. The projection is around five to seven minutes long.

Experiences include a day/night walk-through Venice, Italy, and Luxor Temple in Egypt. They are constantly updating their content though.
