A dinosaur-themed park, said to be the largest in south-eastern Europe, opens in Romania
Are you fascinated by dinosaurs Then a visit to the Dinosaur Park in Rasnov, a 30-minute drive from Brasov, in central Romania, is a must. The park, in the Carpathian mountains, covers 1.4 hectares of woods and hosts 45 life-size fibreglass dinosaurs. The park is located on the road that goes to the Rasnov Medieval Fortress. Another world-famous sight, the Bran Castle, also known as the Dracula Castle, is not far from here. Besides the dinosaurs, the park also has children&rsquos playgrounds, food court and other leisure facilities.
