Sunder Nursery
A beautiful heritage garden established in the 16th century, Sunder Nursery is a favourite among picnickers and nature enthusiasts. There are a lot of rare trees that you can only find in this nursery in Delhi. Spread out your fare under the shade of an ancient tree and have a lovely time under the winter sun.

Lodhi Garden
With gazebos, greenery, and lots of good light, Lodhi Garden is an ideal picnic place in Delhi. With the winter season upon us, now is the time to fill up your wicker baskets and load up the board games to spend a beautiful afternoon in the lap of nature.

Sanjay Lake
Located around the Vasant Kunj and Mehrauli area of southwest Delhi, Sanjay Van sprawls across 443 acres of land accommodating lush trees and plentiful wildlife. The banks of the lake is a beautiful spot with a gentle breeze always blowing. Having a picnic with a lake view is what dreams are made of.

Garden of Five Senses
This one is not a proper conventional garden to have a picnic as there are cafes, restaurants, and even bars inside. But even so the greenery and the many trees surrounding the garden is a breath of fresh air for picnickers.

Millenium Indraprastha Park
This is a pretty neat place for taking aesthetic pictures. This park is built on a landfill and has a lot of sculptures and rustic structures that you can admire. For picnickers, this is a quiet zone with not a lot of crowd thronging the place.
