Visakhapatnam to Araku Valley

Gangtok to Lake Tsomgo 

This journey does not just pack stunning views but a lot of adventure. Stretching across 520 km and spanning over 10 hours, this road trip is not meant for the faint-hearted or the inexperienced. However, despite the elevated roads, steep uphill drives and blinding turns that fall in the way, the snow-capped mountain views are breathtaking.

Shillong to Cherrapunjee 

The misty hills of North East India that hide gushing waterfalls make for a stunning visual when driving along the route that connects these two sleepy cities. It spans a little over 54 km and takes approximately 1.5 or 2 hours to cover. However, it may take a little longer if you stop by many viewing points and waterfalls that dot the route&ndashthese include the Elephant falls, the Wah Kaba falls, Mawkdok Dympep viewing point, among many others.

Bangalore to Ooty
