Brandywine Museum of Art

The Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art was established in 1971 to exhibit the works of Andrew Wyeth, a renowned American realist painter, and his family. The museum is also famous for its collection of O-gauge model trains, which have been displayed since around 1972. The train display features over 1,000 pieces and spans about 2,000 feet (610 m) of track. The museum is housed in a charming old brick building with a modern touch, and during autumn, the garden area transforms into a beautiful and colourful display.
