Blending Authenticity and Luxury, Aramness Gir is a Safari Lodge situated on the edge of Sasan Gir National Park, within a protected teak forest teeming with bird and animal species, Aramness Gir offers a refined safari experience rooted in the land’s heritage. Drawing inspiration from the nearby village of Haripur, the lodge is a collaborative design endeavour by Fox Browne Creative and Nicholas Plewman Architects.

The Stay

The property features 18 village-style kothis—15 standalone one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units—that echo the spontaneity and charm of traditional Gujarati homes. Each kothi boasts a private pool inspired by Indian stepwells, shaded courtyards, and veranda decks with views over the forest. Interiors crafted from natural materials using local techniques reflect an ethos of understated luxury, with elements like Kutchi lippan plasterwork and vintage appliqué cushions enhancing the sense of place.

At Aramness, we don’t just offer a stay; we curate experiences that resonate long after you’ve left. Our expert naturalists bring you face-to-face with majestic Asiatic lions and vibrant birdlife, while guests immerse themselves in local culture through artisan workshops and village visits. Our eco-conscious luxury kothis blend seamlessly with the landscape, offering unparalleled comfort without compromising our commitment to conservation. Guests can indulge in farm-to-table culinary delights that tell the story of Gujarat’s diverse flavours.
