Coming from the foothills of Darjeeling, I grew up watching tea gardens closely. Tea was part of the landscape, the weather, and everyday life. I have always associated it with long conversations, rainy afternoons, and the familiar comfort of a freshly brewed cup. But tea is increasingly stepping out of that familiar space. Today, it is being explored not just for its taste, but for how different varieties fit into our moods, routines, and ideas of wellness.
