Go on a Seafood Trail in Alibaug With SaffronStays

Picturesque locations, amazing views, coconut groves dancing in the breeze, sun, sand and the familiar whiff of the sea. What else would complete this pretty visual picture Lip- smacking, home-fresh Konkan seafood dishes. Through December,&nbsphospitality startup SaffronStays is bringing a&nbspcelebration of all things seafood with the&nbspAlibaug&nbspSeafood Trail.

The event is being held at select villas in Alibaug&nbspand Lonavala, On the menu will be fish and seafood dishes - from local-style, tawa-fried fish to Continental fare, and a variety of thalis. The trail will spotlight local crustaceans like surmai, pomfret, and prawns.  

"We decided to put together a mix of local and Continental seafood and shellfish delicacies for our villa guests, extending the experience of living near the sea to the food on their plates," says&nbspchef Clyde Castellino of SaffronStays. "These have been curated and prepared with different flavours and tastes. What better way than seafood to celebrate the end of this year, and usher in the new one"
