The Jagran Film Festival is one of the world’s largest travelling film festivals rooted in India. Started in 2010, the festival aims to promote the appreciation of cinematic art in major metro cities and beyond. All eligible films are previewed by the country's best preview panellists, and through a selection process, 500 handpicked films are screened during the festival for over 100 days. Audiences get an opportunity to interact with national and international cast and crew, listen to their conversations, and participate in question-and-answer sessions.

Iconic Restaurant Shenoy’s Returns

Shenoy’s is once again opening its doors, this time under the leadership of Chef Vikram Shenoy, the third generation of the Shenoy family. The journey of this restaurant began in the 1930s with Vyanktesh Shenoy, a 13-year-old who arrived in Mumbai and opened Shenoy’s Canteen, a modest eatery that quickly became a gathering place for locals to share meals and stories. The menu at Shenoy’s is a carefully curated journey through the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine, spotlighting both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Appetisers feature a range of regional creations, such as the Byadgi Kairi Paneer and Gojju Chicken on Malabari Discs, to bold and innovations like the Truffle Mushroom Cheddar Naan Bomb and Chicken Tikka Sev Puri. The non-vegetarian selection includes Pulled Rogan Josh Tacos, Stuffed Pomfret Fry and Mangalorean Sukkha Chicken Popcorn, among others.
