Anyone who has travelled long-haul with a child knows the unspoken choreography of modern family flying. The colouring books packed in a hurry, the emergency snacks, the downloaded cartoons, the whispered hope that the seatbelt sign does not coincide with a meltdown somewhere over the Arabian Sea. Airlines have spent years refining premium cabins and business-class lounges, but the realities of travelling with children have often remained an afterthought. Air India now wants to change that equation.
