Opening in June 2015 is France&rsquos largest waterpark, Splashworld. Located next to the Lac de Monteux, at the foot of Mont Avignon, 17km from Avignon, the waterpark not only has many thrilling slides but also a river adventure (billed as the longest lazy river in Europe) that is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and play areas for children irrespective of age. The wave club (with a separate entrance) will offer surfing classes on the world&rsquos biggest surf simulator.
