OT Where did you travel to last

I went to Thailand for a holiday with my husband and had a very calm and soothing experience. We fed elephants and visited the local temples and, of course, were total beach bums.

OT What does a holiday mean to you
Sunny Leone
Oh, I love travelling And not always for work. A holi&shyday is my idea of my own time in which I don&rsquot think of anything but total TLC for myself. When I am in the holiday mode, I switch off from everything else.

OT What do you like to do on holiday
Sunny Leone
All the touristy stuff &mdash a lot of sightseeing and an in&shycredible amount of eating. I am crazy about pasta &mdash so I sample local versions wherever I go. I tried a mussel and pineapple sweet pasta in Hawaii once

OT Your favourite city in the world...
Sunny Leone
That is a trick question I love so many places. I love New York for its vibe and energy. I have a special con&shynect with Seattle because that&rsquos where I bought my first home. I love Delhi for its street food, and I love Dubai for its shopping. It&rsquos difficult for me to choose just one.

OT Your most memorable holiday&hellip
Sunny Leone
I was born in the sleepy little eastern Canadian town of Sarnia. When I came to India for the first time, I was amazed to discover my roots. I recently went to Nepal for an event, and had a couple of days to just look around. I was very impressed with the warm and friendly people, and the peaceful and beautiful coun&shytry. I am definitely going back to Nepal soon.

OT So are you a mountain person
Sunny Leone
Actually, not really. I don&rsquot like anywhere bitterly cold. I can deal with the heat, but I get very paranoid about cold places. I could never go skiing, for one &mdash I would be covered in a thousand layers of clothes

OT Which destination is topmost on your wishlist
Sunny Leone
I really want to explore Africa &mdash all of it &mdash right from Egypt to Morocco, and Kenya to South Africa. I want to live among the Masais, and feed the sharks, and learn to cook the aloko &mdash bananas tempered with onion and chillies &mdash that they make in Ivory Coast...

OT What souvenirs do you usually bring back from holidays
Sunny Leone
Other than the local trinkets, I always end up buying stuff for the kitchen. I love cooking, and it&rsquos always some fancy carved ladle or a skillet or grill. If not pots and pans, it&rsquos ingredients &mdash cheese, sauces and condiments of all types. I dote on my brother, and pick up stuff for him too &mdash mostly gadgets or games for his consoles.
