Kolkata is known for its vintage car collections and rallies. If you like the elegance of vintage automobiles, don't miss the Classic Drivers Club of Kolkata's event this weekend. They have teamed with The Alipore Museum within Alipore Jail for a vintage and classic car and bike exhibition. You can swoon over 100 vintage and classic cars and bikes on display. Look out for the one-of-a-kind 1913 Stoewer C1.

Shop For Handicrafts

Head out to Kolkata Kettle, an annual event showcasing design and innovation in fashion, jewellery, home décor, art, craft and gourmet food. Craftsmen artisans and designers from across the country will showcase their unique products. Watch out for the products by Bibi Russell, celebrated fashion designer and former international model.

Take In Classical Music
If you enjoy Indian classical music, spend your weekend evenings at the annual Behala Classical Festival. During the four-day festival, renowned Indian classical vocalists and instrumentalists from across the country will perform.

Eat, Shop, And Jam
Outstanding live music, arts, innovative food, textiles, and handicrafts, find it all under one roof. Launched in 2015, The India Story is a creative arts and design event with food, arts, lifestyle, fashion, and music mixed into a weekend festival.

Listen To South Asia-Inspired House And Techno
Indo Warehouse, a New York City-based record label and experiential series, makes its India premiere, bringing its enthralling sound and authentic breed of South Asian-inspired house and techno to ten locations, including Kolkata. In each city, label heads Kahani and Kunal Merchant will be joined by Indo Warehouse musicians as special guests. Indo Warehouse is one of the fastest growing dance music movements, with sold-out performances in North America and Europe. Their sound incorporates sounds, rhythms, and textures from their South Asian origin in a unique and real way. Check here for tickets.
