"The Lost Recipes of Bengal" is a unique workshop designed to revive these forgotten dishes and highlight the diverse food traditions of undivided Bengal. The culinary heritage of the state is a treasure trove of flavours shaped by its rich history, geography, and culture. Over time, many traditional recipes that were once an integral part of daily meals and festive celebrations have faded into obscurity. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about the food traditions of "Ghoti" and "Bangal" homes, rediscover lost recipes and forgotten ingredients, and participate in a hands-on cooking and tasting session, among other activities.
