The China Kitchen by Hyatt Is Now Also In Gurgaon

After offering a unique, quality authentic Chinese experience for over a decade, The China Kitchen by Hyatt is ready to wander. Opening in DLF Cyberhub, Gurgaon, TCK by The China Kitchen is the first premium dining space outside the hotel premises. This 80-seat restaurant takes its inspiration from the parent branch and is designed with the concept of &lsquodining around the kitchen&rsquo.

It features a selection of teas, Peking duck oven, a dumpling station, three woks, a dessert station and an interactive stage for bartenders to perform on.  Dressed in gold and red, TCK will continue providing classics from The China Kitchen by Chef Jack Aw Yong such as the Peking duck, gongbao chicken, spicy mapo tofu and braised tofu and broccoli. Chef Jack, who also designed the menu for TCK, has introduced Sichuan peppery chicken fillet, mini pumpkin dumplings, honey glazed jumbo prawns, Sichuan string beans and TCK salad with avocados (served with dry ice) among others.

From their dessert section, we are keeping an eye out for the jasmine tiramisu, lychee pannacotta and xo chocolate cigars. While the food will maintain its legacy, the new location only makes it more accessible to people, especially professionals looking for a way to unwind.
