OT Which is your favourite hotel in the world
Tannishtha Chatterjee
Actually, there are two &mdash&nbspSurfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa (from AUD 166, marriott.com.au) in Gold Coast, Australia, and the Emirates Palace (from AED 1,250, kempinski.com) in Abu Dhabi.

OT When did you last visit
Tannishtha Chatterjee
I visited Surfers Paradise for the first time in November 2010 and again in 2011 for the Asia Pacific Screen Awards. I visited Emirates Palace in 2009 for the Abu Dhabi film festival.

OT What makes them special
Tannishtha Chatterjee
I have visited amazing hotels like the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin, Alila Cha-Am in Thailand, Four Seasons in Doha, Los Angeles and New York, some amazing boutique hotels in England and Italy... but I picked these two for the personal memories.

I had a great time swimming with the dolphins in Gold Coast in 2010. It was a birthday gift. My rooms had bountiful views. I had a presidential suite, as a jury member at the Awards. My bedroom faced the canals. The living-room balcony had an amazing sea view. My Jacuzzi looked to the mountains.

OT What about the Emirates Palace
Tannishtha Chatterjee
It is the opposite of modern minimal d&eacutecor, which was spectacular for a change. It has artificial beaches, kind of weird. My private butler was hot &mdash &nbspfelt like I was on the sets of Sex and the City 2 [laughs].

OT Will you visit again soon
Tannishtha Chatterjee
Would love to, though I don&rsquot know when Wherever work takes me is where I go.
