OT What&rsquos your idea of a holiday

Hrithik Roshan Vacations are a time to rejuvenate, to look and feel better. And a time to binge I binge a lot. Usually, in the hotel, they ask me how many people I&rsquom ordering for, and are shocked when I say one, because my order is at least for four Four main dishes, a salad and a side dish and some more&hellip I just go crazy.

Holidays are also about getting away from noise. So I don&rsquot like places like New York, although I go there because [my wife] Suzanne loves it. I would rather go to the other extreme &mdash and a fine quiet corner on the top of a mountain or on the edge of the open seas. A few things remain the same though &mdash I&rsquom always physically active no matter where I am.

OT What is your favourite holiday destination

Hrithik Roshan Mumbai, the maximum city (though technically, it is home for me). But other than Mumbai, I love London, for its colonial architecture. I like spending quality time there. Other than that the island of Phuket is a family favourite. We avoid the hotspots here, often choosing to stay on the quieter side of the island for a real, tranquil getaway, far from the crowds.

OT You wouldn&rsquot holiday without&hellip

Hrithik Roshan My family&hellip I just cannot fathom the idea of going for a holiday minus my wife and kids. We do all sorts of crazy stuff and have a total blast, wherever we are. In fact in 2012 my entire family, including my grandparents, holidayed in Bangkok. That was more fun than you can imagine. That was, by far, my most favourite vacation.

OT What do you not like about travelling

Hrithik Roshan I get nervous and edgy if there is a schedule. Yes, I do like seeing things and exploring places, but at a leisurely pace. That&rsquos why I&rsquom getting the jitters as the time for the promotion and marketing of Krrish 3 draws closer. I will be travelling around the world for over a month &mdash and I don&rsquot think I&rsquod be spending more than two days in one place &mdash so it will be super hectic. And since there will be no scope for looking around, even if I go to a place where I haven&rsquot been before, it will only be a mere stamp on my passport.

OT What do you bring back from your trips

Hrithik Roshan I love taking pictures as mementoes. Even as a kid, the first thing I would pack is a camera. I used to make scrapbooks after every trip. Now I catalogue them carefully on my computer.

OT Any destinations on your wish list

Hrithik Roshan Oh yes, plenty. I want to go back to Spain &mdash where I shot for the film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, but I want to spend at least a month there next time. I also want to plan a trip with my kids to Mexico sometime soon.

Besides, I haven&rsquot been to Japan ever (it&rsquos another world, I&rsquom told) and I also want to witness the wildebeest migration at Masai Mara.
