Hyatt Hotels Corporation has officially announced the upcoming debut of its extended-stay brand, Hyatt House™, in India’s National Capital Region (NCR). Slated to open in Sector 140A, Noida, the 127-key Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A will be strategically located within The Flagship, a landmark mixed-use development on an 11.16-acre site owned by IT Infrastructure Park Private Ltd, a subsidiary of CRC Group, noted the brand in an official release.

This will be the brand’s first property in the NCR, and only the second in India, marking a strategic expansion aimed at meeting the growing demand for long-stay accommodations.
