Tibetan Market

Situated near Mall Road, the Tibetan Market is a must-visit for shopaholics. It showcases a vibrant collection of Tibetan artefacts, handicrafts, clothing, jewellery, Tibetan-style woollen shawls and carpets. Bargaining is common here, so you can test your negotiation skills to get the best deals.

Sabri Bought and Sold

Situated in the quieter part of the road leading up to Landour, it's a missable treasure trove of curios you need to see to know. Ayub Sabri has been running his family store ever since his twenties. He's in his fifties now and manages his father's rare and used books and antiquities shop. A drawer overflowing with old, precious stamps, an ornate bronze hourglass filled with purple sand, lithographs and painted crockeries from London are some things you will spot at the tables if you could shift your gaze from the stacks of used and rare books that fill up the shop. Used books start at INR 100, which you can check. The stamps, old clocks, old cameras and ornate binoculars are some of the expensive collector's items to consider.

Library Chowk or Gandhi Bazaar

The illuminated Mussoorie Public Library stands as a majestic backdrop, adding to the charm of the bazaar. Whether you're a bookworm, a fashion enthusiast, or someone looking for unique souvenirs, Library Bazaar in Mussoorie offers a delightful shopping experience. Try the sumptuous momos, slightly darker in colour than your regular momos because of the flour it is the best snack in the city you will taste. Also, try the Turkish ice creams at one of the many stalls on the Library Chowk stretch. 

Kulri Bazaar

Another bustling market in Mussoorie, Kulri Bazaar is known for its variety of shops and stalls. It offers a wide range of items, including clothes, footwear, handicrafts, accessories, wooden items, and local artefacts. If you're a fashion enthusiast, Kulri Bazaar will entice you with its collection of clothing stores. You can browse through an array of trendy outfits, ranging from ethnic wear to Western attire. The market also features local food stalls and eateries where you can savour some delicious street food.
