Establishment Patisserie The Newest Patisserie In Delhi

There&rsquos a new &lsquokid&rsquo on the posh block of Meherchand Market in Delhi and it is called Establishment Patisserie. The cosy and relaxed seating arrangement, subtle interiors and wholesome hearty offerings make this &lsquopet project&rsquo of Pushkar Sharma and Seerat Johar pleasing at its best. Tucked away in the basement, the Victorian themed patisserie is run by Seerat Johar.

So we went on a rendezvous with a dizzying array of baked delights. Some of the patisserie&rsquos best Five star pudding&mdasha jar of cake with chunks of Five Star chocolate in it Cointreau mud cake (our favourite) and flour-less fudge cake. &nbspWe tried their smoothies and went a little Irish with the Baileys, if you know what we mean...the Baileys Irish Cream. But we cannot gush affectionately about the Summer Berry Love.

The patisserie is open for walk-ins and take-aways with its tea cakes, cookies, country breads and puddings. The patisserie has a customised menu that offers home-made desserts, chocolates, cookies, tea cakes, breads, biscottis etc. Seerat Johar revealed that at Establishment Patisserie the breads are freshly baked at low temperatures to make sure it is soft within.
