There is a new cocktail bar in Delhi and you should go there now.Novel at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel, located in the heart of the capital, creates a contemporary experience for its visitors where they can witness theatrical dining along with hand-crafted delicious cocktails.

The cocktail menu has been curated by the globally acclaimed cocktail connoisseurs Luca Cinalli And Gabriele Manfredi. The recipes and type of liquor used havebeen researched for months to find the perfect balance. Every cocktail tells a specific story. Whether itsunderwater-aged ingredients table-side cocktails various cocktail vessels or personalised glassware, visitors will be left amazed by the taste.

Celebrity chef Akshay Nayyar's experimental kitchen has worked on 25 hand-crafted dishes after months of hard work. The menu is contemporary withcarefully curated avant garde and imaginative dishes to complement the cocktails. Techniques used in dishes range fromsous vide, thermomix, and pacojet technology while the flavours have been inspired from the Mediterranean region, Ethiopia, Peru and Asia. To keep the authenticity of flavours, the kitchen sources each ingredient from the country of its origin.
