Milan's Paper Moon Makes Its Debut In India

Paper Moon is a flagship restaurant in the heart of Milan. The first brach is located in a 200-year-old neoclassical palazzo square in the centre of the city&rsquos Golden Triangle fashion district. Started in the 1970s, the restaurant has grown in stature and maintained its reputation as the destination of choice for Milan&rsquos residents and glitterati alike. The owners, Stefania Galligani and Claudio Berton, have a hold on the city&rsquos style scene as proprietors of fashion week&rsquos unofficial post-catwalk canteen.

Following a string of openings aboard, Paper Moon&nbsphas now arrived on Indian shores.

India&rsquos largest hospitality company, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), has introduced the Italian restaurant in Goa. This marks the debut of the brand in India, which will bring with it the famed Italian gastronomic traditions.

Located in Taj Fort Aguada Resort and Spa, Paper&nbspMoon&nbspoverlooks the historic&nbsp16^th&nbspcentury coastal fort and the Arabian Sea, offering guests a culinary experience with a view.
