Eat Like Never Before Unique Dining Experiences In Dubai

The full stop in the name appears to be related to "at," but the concept appears to fizzle out after that. This luxury dining establishment perched 122 floors up offers bird's eye views, except that few birds appear to soar this high. To get to At.mosphere, take an unbelievably smooth "express elevator" (ears will pop) up to a two-storey glass atrium. The cuisine matches the altitude it is modern European and nicely prepared, and Michelin-starred guest chefs will occasionally emerge in the kitchen if you plan your visit appropriately. When the view is included, it may appear paradoxical, but you should visit At.mosphere at night Dubai appears finest when it twinkles.

Ossiano

Once you've overcome your apprehension about eating fish in the presence of their relatives, the finned passers-by undoubtedly make for a gorgeous and ultimately pretty serene, dining setting. In a nutshell, the Atlantis Palm hotel's seafood restaurant is theatrical. Nonetheless, Ossiano's cuisine defies the cheesiness, despite the gold colour scheme and enormous aquariums instead of walls. Lobster gazpacho, exquisite Sturia caviar, and crispy monkfish are among the refined seafood selections.

Tribes

At African-themed steakhouse Tribes, meat sizzles in an open kitchen, as the (mostly Kenyan) labour rushes by in bright tribal patterns. You should avoid sitting with their backs to the main door a waiter will quickly encourage them to change positions to shield their date from advancing lions. Aside from the fully carnivorous menu (the multi-Tribal sausage platter is probably even more meaty than assumed), meals feature workers bursting into African song and dancing to rapid drumming.

Pierchic

The black warehouse-style facade of Pierchic, hanging above the waves on wooden stilts, may be seen from Al Qasr hotel or Jumeirah beach. It appears to be a mysterious Arabian beach house rather than a top-notch seafood restaurant. To reach there, walk along the pier, which is flanked by the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab luxury hotel on one side and the massive Atlantis the Palm hotel on the other. You could even ride in a golf cart to spare your legs. Oysters, yellowfin tuna, sea scallops, and a variety of fishy carpaccios are all served fresh and appealingly. The most desirable tables are on the ocean-facing patio.

Royal Express

The Royal Express, although being meant to evoke the glory days of colonial Indian rail travel, is perpetually parked in a Dubai hotel. With servers costumed like porters, regular platform announcements in Hindi, tinny train track sound effects, and opulent crimson and gold decor, the heritage railway theme is highly believable. The cuisine is of poorer quality, more akin to an Indian takeaway from the London Tube than something fit for rajahs. Members of Dubai's trainspotting community, on the other hand, must be in heaven, as the UAE has no long-distance trains.
