Cafe Delhi Heights (CDH), an all-day eatery, turned 12 this year.  Launched in 2011, the eatery that offers food from around the globe with a &ldquodesi&rdquo twist, now has 30 outlets. We got Cafe Delhi Heights co-founder Vikrant Batra to share some of the restaurant&rsquos most popular dishes. CDH has a pan-India expansion plan, and they intend to open ten new outlets annually. &ldquoCelebrating 12 years is a great milestone, but it comes with a responsibility to uphold and exceed the expectations of our regulars,&rdquo&nbspsaid Batra.

To celebrate its 12th&nbspanniversary, through June the café is offering these dishes at the same price as in 2011, when they were first introduced.

The Juicy Lucy Burger

CDH's signature dish, in 2011, when burgers were primarily available in a quick-service model with essential ingredients like patties and cheese, the cafe sought to introduce an American-style gourmet burger. The highlight of this burger is a large meat patty with cheese inside. Till date, the eatery has sold over 5.5 lakhs of Juicy Lucy Burgers.

Mom's Butter Chicken Masala Burger

This unique burger was inspired by butter chicken cooked by Batra's mother. The idea was to offer a burger with a twist of butter chicken, that would make CDH customers reminisce about this quintessential Punjabi delicacy cooked at their homes.

The ISBT Makhani Maggi

Inspired by the popularity of Maggi as a widely enjoyed snack in India, Batra wanted to create something with noodles. Once while experimenting in the kitchen, he mixed some leftover sauce with boiled Maggi noodles, spices, and butter. To his delight, the result was a delicious fusion. And that's how the ISBT Makhani Maggi found its place on the menu.

Grilled Chicken Breast

Grilled Chicken Breast was included in CDH's menu after popular demand from customers in Delhi-NCR and Gurugram who wanted a wholesome and healthy meal option.

Rajasthani Lal Maas

When contemplating the addition of a traditional Rajasthani dish to the menu, Rajasthani Laal Maas naturally emerged as a prominent choice. This flavourful delicacy has garnered widespread adoration, particularly when savoured alongside bajra roti and &ldquomasala chaas&rdquo (buttermilk). Renowned for its rich taste and aromatic spices, Rajasthani Laal Maas is a perfect main course dish.
