This is for fans of herping and macro photography. Experience the wilds of the Western Ghats come to life this July-August, as Saurabh Sawant and his team takes you on a guided herping tour, combined with macro photography workshops, to four exciting destinationsCoorg, Amboli, Agumbe and Wayanad.

Saurabh Sawant, an award-winning naturalist and photographer, will guide you through these dense and beautiful rainforests and help you look for amphibians, reptiles and invertebratesthat range from common to rare and even endemic.

Herp enthusiasts, this is something right up your alley. The odds of spotting Malabar gliding frogs, wrinkled frogs, the endemic dancing frog, golden-backed frog, Malabar pit viper, keelback, butterflies and damselflies and many more species, are quite high in these regions.

The rain-soaked forests of the Western Ghats are also well-known for their many spectacular waterfalls, rivulets, wild flowers and endemic birds (if you are lucky enough to spot some, given the weather)

Each destination will have expeditions of three days and two nights, excluding the travel dates.

July 3-5 to Coorg, Karnataka
July 13-15 to Amboli, Maharashtra (1st batch)
