For a more luxurious experience, the "Caviar and Wine Pairing" workshop on Friday, October 25, led by caviar specialist Joey Hau, alongside sake expert Blanca Wong and wine connoisseur Yan Yeung, will take participants through the fine art of pairing caviar with sake, wine, and champagne. Finally, on Saturday, October 26, the "Art of Gravity-Drip Sake" workshop will offer an in-depth look at Shizukuzake, a delicate brewing process, where attendees will have the opportunity to taste three premium sake varieties.
