Sunder Nursery

Sunder Nursery, also known as Azim Bagh or Bagh-e-Azeem, is a park complex next to the Humayun's Tomb in Delhi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historic park was originally constructed by the Mughals in the 16th century and was named Azim Bagh. It is situated along the Mughal-era Grand Trunk Road and covers an area of 90 acres. Within the park are many well-preserved ruins of Mughal heritage, a beautiful lotus pond, a children's amusement park, a pond where you can feed fish, and a dense variety of flora and fauna. This park is ideal for a family picnic, especially during the winter season.

Purana Qila

Purana Qila, also known as the Old Fort, is a magnificent citadel with a rich historical background. It was built in the 16th century by Humayun, one of the earliest cities in Delhi, and later modified by Sher Shah Suri. You will find a grand old mosque, an observatory where Humayun is said to have tripped and died, mediaeval bathhouses, and two museums filled with artefacts found at the site.
