From Japan to India, ORIX, the self-drive car rental company, has been around for a year in India now through MyChoize Self Drive cars. The cars can be rented for weekend getaways, a days run or even longer periods. The deposit amount can be as minimal as 6,000, depending on the model and the time frame. Sandeep Gambhir, MD and CEO of ORIX India said, MyChoize is all about counting memories and creating unique user experiences.

MyChoize Self Drive Cars has a presence in nine cities including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Ahmadabad. Gambhir added that there are more than 300 cars dedicated to the self-drive fleet across these cities and there are plans to add another 1,000 cars over the next 18 months while expanding operations to 10 more cities.
