A cultural exchange that brings together some of Japan's finest bartending talents is coming to Mumbai this weekend. A lineup of internationally acclaimed mixologists will unveil their craftsmanship in a fusion of flavours and artistry. Experience the talents of Shinya Koba, chief bartender and owner of Yakoboku in Kumamoto; Ryu Fujii, the founder of Craftroom in Osaka; and Hajime Yamasaki, the founder of Gracenote in Kyoto. Nick Coldicott, the author of “Tokyo Cocktails,” will also be present.
