• Submission of ten fingerprints to the Department as part of a prior visa application.

• No 'clearance received' annotation on the prior visa.

• No visa ineligibility necessitating a waiver for issuance.

• Holding an approved and unexpired H-1B petition.

• Most recent entry to the US under H-1B status.

• Currently maintaining H-1B status in the United States.

• Period of authorized admission in H-1B status not expired.

• Intent to reenter the US in H-1B status after a temporary period abroad.

Applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable MRV fee of $205.00 through the online portal as part of the application process.
