Hat Yai, southern Thailand&rsquos popular shopping and entertainment centre, will host an International Balloon Festival from Apr 29-May 1, 2016. The festival, to be held at the Jiranakorn Stadium, will include balloon shows from international participants as well as concerts by well-known musicians. Hat Yai can be easily accessed from Singapore and Malaysia too. It is also known for its seafood.
