SpiceJet all Set to Launch 20 New Domestic Flights

Four out of these will operate on the Delhi-Dehradun and Kolkata-Pakyong route

SpiceJet will soon be adding to its number of domestic flights, by launching 20 new flights. Out of these, 16 services will be connecting major cities of India with the Pink City. Four out of these will operate on the Delhi-Dehradun and Kolkata-Pakyong route. These flights are all set to start from February 2021. The aim is to connect the beautiful and historical city of Jaipur with more cities of the country, like Dehradun, Surat, Amritsar, Udaipur, Delhi etc. As per the Chief Commercial Officer of SpiceJet, the launch of multiple flights will facilitate convenient travel for tourists from other cities of India to Jaipur.

SpiceJet already has flights operating on the Pakyong-Delhi route, but will now extend it to Kolkata as per the government&rsquos regional connectivity scheme called &lsquoUDAN&rsquo. This service between Pakyong-Kolkata will operate five times a week. The flights on Jaipur-Dehradun route will have a frequency of four times a week, while those between Jaipur-Amritsar will operate thrice in one week. There are also daily scheduled flights between Jaipur-Udaipur, Goa-Delhi, Delhi-Dehradun, amongst the new domestic ones.
