Delivering food from the sustainable sourcing of native grains and seasonal local ingredients, Soul Pantry - the new bespoke eatery at Andaz Delhi - will give its customers an opportunity to indulge in nutritional flatbreads. Paired with locally sourced toppings such as avocado, burrata, and chickpeas, the flatbreads are available in three sizes with guests given the luxury to choose their dough from an array of option of healthy grains from around the country - amaranth (Uttarakhand), finger millet or ragi (Tamil Nadu), buckwheat (Arunachal Pradesh), barley (Ladakh), and gluten-free rice.
