No matter how many times you have seen this iconic monument, you are never tired of looking at the Taj Mahal in Agra one more time. Now you have the opportunity to see it from a top angle, by taking a ride in a hot air balloon. To promote aviation-based tourism, Uttar Pradesh Tourism is holding the Taj Balloon Festival in Agra, from November 14-16, 2015. The festival will see participation from balloonists around the world, including UK, US, Spain and Germany. There will be 15 hot air balloons that will go up every morning during the event. There will also be special tethered flights (where the balloons will rise up to a certain height) in the evening. During the Night Glow Concert, to be held as part of the event, the hot air balloons will light up in sync with live music.
