Radisson Hotel Group Adds 10 New Hotels To Its Portfolio

The Group has also entered five new markets, marking its first internationally branded hotels in Jawai (Rajasthan), Sagar (Madhya Pradesh), Yavatmal (Maharashtra), Ooty (Tamil Nadu), and Calicut (Kerala)

Radisson Hotel Group has signed agreements for ten new hotels across four days. The new additions span brands including Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Individuals, and Radisson Individuals Retreats. The Group has also entered five new markets, marking its first internationally branded hotels in Jawai (Rajasthan), Sagar (Madhya Pradesh), Yavatmal (Maharashtra), Ooty (Tamil Nadu), and Calicut (Kerala).

New Developments and Strategic Growth

Among the new signings is the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nathdwara Stadium, Rajasthan, featuring 234 rooms, with 75 per cent offering views of the main cricket field. The Group also signed Radisson Sagar and Radisson Mohali, as well as Park Inn & Suites by Radisson in Calicut. Radisson Individuals Retreats expanded into Jawai and Ooty with Aaramgarh Jawai Resort and Spa and Nilgiris Ooty Resort. Additionally, three conversions under the Radisson Individuals brand in Yavatmal, Udaipur, and Gwalior were signed.

Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, emphasized the rapid expansion in South Asia, reflecting the trust of partners and the relevance of the brands. Nikhil Sharma, managing director and area senior vice president for South Asia, highlighted the significant opportunity for growth in the region, which is supported by valued partners.
