Guests can now take day-long vineyard tours to know about the culture, history and local grapes that have created the Island&rsquos finest wine offerings. Most tours end with dinner at Mallorca Wine Tour&rsquos private Finca, a country estate set in acres of vines that has been in the family for over three centuries. The &lsquowine express&rsquo is one of the most attractive rides through the villages here. The Hotel Cort also offers an evening urban wine tour around the island&rsquos capital, which takes in the winding alleys of the Old Town.  The area around the Tramuntana mountain range&mdasha UNESCO World Heritage Site&mdashus one of the important wine-growing regions here enjoy the view from a helicopter ride to the vineyards.
