Head to Rashtrapati Bhavan to see beautiful blooms

Its time to head to Rashtrapati Bhavan for ones annual pilgrimage. More specifically, to the Mughal Gardens. Why During spring every year the gates are opened to the public as they can come and marvel at the beautiful blooms. This year, the main attraction are tulips - about 10,000 of them in eight colours, brought from Holland. They are expected to blossom by the end of the month.

Apart from the Danish attraction, 70 varieties of seasonal flowers and over 130 kinds of roses, will also find favour with tourists.

The gates will be open to the public till March 9 between 930am-4pm, except on Mondays. The gardens will also remain shut on March 2 for Holi. So, if you find yourself in the capital this month, you know where to go
