The final decision will be taken after meetings to work out a detailed plan get over on Monday, April 12.
Section 144 has also been imposed in the state which prohibits the assembly of five or more people.
Right now, Maharashtra tops the country's case graph - it reported 58,993 new cases of coronavirus on April 9.
