The Golden Chariot, Karnataka’s luxury tourist train, will resume operations on December 14 with updated features and itineraries. Operated by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), the train offers a unique way to explore the cultural and natural beauty of South India.

Pride of Karnataka

  • Route: Bengaluru → Bandipur → Mysore → Halebidu → Chikmagalur → Hampi → Goa → Bengaluru

  • Duration: 5 nights, 6 days

  • Start Date: December 14, 2024

  • Route: Bengaluru → Mysore → Kanchipuram → Mahabalipuram → Thanjavur → Chettinad → Cochin → Chertala → Bengaluru

  • Duration: 5 nights, 6 days

  • Start Date: December 21, 2024

Additional trips are planned for January, February, and March 2024, giving more travellers a chance to experience these journeys.
