At a time when responsible luxury is at its prime and the need of the hour, ITC Hotels has launched 'responsible dining experiences' in partnership with Swiggy. The aim is to offer diners responsible dining experiences in the comfort of their home, based on fresh and seasonal selections. Keeping in mind the vitality of physical-distancing norms, Swiggy will enable &lsquono-contact deliveries&rsquo for meals crafted at ITC Hotels.

ITC Hotels are also curating menus for unique food experiences with local offerings from the region for diners across all major cities in India. The hotels will also follow strict protocols, including mandatory temperature checks for all chefs and food and beverage associates.

&ldquoWe are re-engineering our guest experiences with zero/low-associate engagement (including digital ordering and e-payment solutions),&rdquo said Anil  Chadha, COO, ITC Hotels.

The special take-out counter at each ITC Hotel has been equipped with hand sanitisers and thermometers to corroborate the health parameters of local food delivery partners.

Delivery in the first phase will begin with Maurya (New Delhi), Royal Bengal (Kolkata), Grand Chola (Chennai), Gardenia (Bengaluru), Windsor  (Bengaluru), Kohenur  (Hyderabad), Rajputana (Jaipur), Grand Goa (Goa) and  Welcomhotel Bengaluru. The second phase will add more ITC properties along with Welcomhotel properties as well.
