Two interesting art fairs in Hong Kong this month

Organised by Art Central (artcentralhongkong.com/), a contemporary art fair will be held at the Central Harbour in Hong Kong, where a 100 selected galleries from 21 countries will participate. &ldquoArt Central will present a strong selection of museum quality works alongside some of the most exciting emerging artists from around the world,&rdquo said Maree Di Pasquale, Fair Director. The fair will be held from&nbspMar 23-26, 2016.

From&nbspMar 24-26, another art exhibition entitled Art Basel in Asia (artbasel.com/hong-kong), will showcase works of art from across the globe, more than half of which will be from Asia and Asia Pacific. The show provides an in-depth overview of the region&rsquos diversity through cutting-edge works by leading and emerging artists. Modern and contemporary art galleries will be displaying paintings, drawings, sculptures, installations, prints, photography, film, video, and digital art by over 4,000 artists. It will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
