Thai Pavilion, the restaurant at Vivanta by Taj (www.vivanta.tajhotels.com) in Gurgaon has kickstarted a week-long food festival to celebrate the iconic Dragon Boat Festival. The colourful boat-racing festival is celebrated all over Asia in various forms and you can get a distinctly Thai taste of the festivity at the restaurant. Under Chef Prajuab Shoosridam, the restaurants will be bringing you delicious flavours from Siam from July 22-31. The star of the à la carte food-festival is an array of exquisite Bak Chang, traditional jasmine-scented rice dumplings.
